So, why not share your own story through your mobile phone and get rewarded and known for your creativity.

Upcoming Peling Tshechu
For the first time in the country, PICSA is organizing a never seen before event and most probably a festival that may not happen for another decade. Peling Tshechu particularly in Wangdicholing palace is organized with genuine reasons.Without a doubt, Pema Lingpa is an important religious personality to be born in Bhutan and the Bhutanese worship him as a great saint and the spiritual heir of Guru Rimpoche.Bumthang, his birth place and also where his fame as a tertoen began to spread is all the reason for PICSA to bring forth Peling traditions from all over the country to a homogenous platform coinciding with the birth anniversary of Kuenkhen Longchen Rabjam, the earlier incarnation of tertoen Pema Lingpa. This is no less than marking the birth anniversary of Pema Lingpa himself. This is very symbolic because the event is dedicated in commemorating the sixtieth birth anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo who is also a descendent of Pema Lingpa.Apart from the welfare of all the sentient beings, Peling Tshechu is conducted for His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo’s longevity and good health. Moreover, Wanduecholing palace, the seat of 1st and 2nd king is a historical abode and this festival is also to honor the immense contribution of their Majesties in paving way for peace and stability in our country.
National Music Festival
The ‘National Music Festival’ which was the second event among the eleven initiated by PICSA concluded on a remarkable note. People from nearby villages filled the large auditorium to not only witnessed the traditional legendary singers who performed after decades but it also connected all generations through the participation of popular modern singers.
